If you have purchased tickets to our show but are unable to attend, you may place your tickets on our ‘Request a Refund’ list. We will try to match your tickets with individuals from our waiting list who wish to purchase tickets.
Please note, refunds are only issued when a direct match is made and the tickets are successfully resold through us; this does not guarantee a refund. Additionally, to ensure the validity of tickets, they must only be resold through our authorized process. Tickets sold directly or through other means will be considered invalid.
